At what point is a vin assigned? Like how long after being accepted into KFOS? I’m wanting to verify that it is being made with all of the PIO that I ordered. I’ve heard that some are being left out. Sorry if this belongs on another thread but @StephenCantrelle seems to be the VIN man

In general, once the order accepted in to KFOS by Kia you are 2-3 months out from delivery. A VIN is typically seen 4-6 weeks before delivery. Many people update their signatures with the timelines for their builds so you can also get a sense from that.

I think you read his signature wrong - no change, not no charge. You cannot avoid the delivery charge.
