I'm in BC as well, ordered white SXL Nov 28th told 6 weeks, still no VIN number....
Any chance you could PM me Western. I am also in Calgary and just have a couple of questions for you.Yes, looks like the Canadian version of the update came out on the update site the same day (23rd). I've now installed it. The 14.10 thread has lots of details on the pros and cons from the community.

14.10 update (November 2020) now available
Yeah, that's radio screen is pretty awful. Is that just Sirius, or does it look like that for FM/AM as well? I've downloaded the update, but I might hold off. All of the screens look pretty underwhelming IMHO. Love the concept of "profiles", but those purple icons don't exactly say "modern UI...tellurideforum.org
Maybe it's just me, but I found that I needed to delete the old 14.5 update files from the USB before downloading the 14.10 update files. With the old 14.5 files still on the USB the Updater said that I had already done the update, and didn't give the option to download 14.10, until the USB was "clean". YMMV!
Sure enough got the call that it is in the city and should be ready for pickup early next week - just under 10 weeks order to delivery!Got the call this week that my Telluride is being shipped, they indicated it could be here in a couple weeks. This seems quick from what I'm reading here, should I really be expecting 3-4 weeks instead? In any case this is faster than I anticipated having ordered at the end of November, I need the time to sort out winter tires, etc.
Ryan @ Orangeville Kia has been great to deal with. Best Telluride pricing from the six GTA Kia dealerships that I visited.I'm sorry if this is redundant, I have started to compile a list of dealers in Ontario that people have had a good experience with. I will be putting out my initial emails in the near future. As of right now I have heard Orangeville, Cambridge, Barrie provided a good buying experience and were willing to play ball a bit. I am in Northern Ontario so would be willing to drive as far south as the GTA. Thank you in advance
CongratulationsHi. New member from Canada, but I have been reading this thread. Someone wrote the deposits in Canada are up to the dealer to refund? Never heard that before. I just purchased a Telluride SXL Nightsky but it clearly states in the agreement that if the car is not delivered within 90 days, both parties have the option to cancel the agreement and all deposits will be refunded. I'm pretty sure that this is a binding agreement. I'm no lawyer but I can't see a dealer not refunding a deposit unless it's for a change of heart and the dealer upheld their commitment. I could be wrong obviously but was just suprised at seeing those comments.
Oh ok. I was wondering lol. I was actually thinking perhaps I didn't haggle enough after reading the forums. But I don't think I got ripped off or anything. I just think if I went to maybe the Orangeville dealer, I might have gotten a better price.Congratulations
Yes the 90 day clause is there but I wanted to get out a week after signing the agreement.
I thought instead of waiting 8 months maybe I should buy a tester at another dealer.Oh ok. I was wondering lol. I was actually thinking perhaps I didn't haggle enough after reading the forums. Yup. They are great mats and Canadians are pretty helpful!Someone’s itching for a referral code
I purchased my vehicle at Orillia Kia, they even beat Orangevilles price. I had a terrible experience in Barrie (which is where I live) and I went more than once and it was bad. But you may have better luck.I'm sorry if this is redundant, I have started to compile a list of dealers in Ontario that people have had a good experience with. Has anyone had trouble down loading the on line owners manual on Kia.ca? I haven’t had any success with either my iPad or lap top. Just won’t load.
Any tips or advice?
Gord
Thanks, so it isn’t just me or my equipment. I can access kia.com, but have to register so will do that to get the US manual. Just want to read up so I can get it home to Camrose after showing our daughter ( socially distanced, of course ) before the drive ( 90 km) home.I've had the same issue, time after time, so I gave up and downloaded the US version instead. I figure I'll have the hard copy of the Canadian version in the vehicle, but also have quick access via my google drive to the US version. I doubt they're very differentiated from one another, but you would think this would have been fixed already on Kia Canada's website.
Also, congrats on picking up your vehicle! I'm in the same boat. Ordered Dec 15 and picking up tomorrow (GG SXL Nightsky).
