Hi Stephen @StephenCantrelle , my dealer has given me my VIN 5XYP5DHC7NG194615. Can you tell me where it is in the process? He is telling me he is expecting it at the dealer 6/24/21. And I can't find it in failcat yet.

Which dealer is yours (Location)? Your vin is very close to mine, 198937 with dealer’s eta of 7/25. Now that stephen gave you 7/1 eta that means mine should come closer than initially 7/25. The transit time to my dealer in CO may add a few days though. Knowing the exact or close enough date of eta should help getting flight tickets at much lower price when you book earlier.

On my end showing 06-30 is ETA as of today.. but your right next to the factory so if it ships out can be same day delivery..

Be very careful when booking flights.. make sure you can change dates as these ETA's do move around quite a bit

Check with @DruKe and provide him the VIN that dealer gave you.. He is running Failcat at the moment.. if you ordered in May it make take awhile to get your Telluride.. Did your dealer provide an estimate on wait time? Did the name I provide match your name? If it does it appears it is a dealer error and you need to reach out to them to inquiring why is the Telluride build incorrect.. maybe they can offer better understanding on name switch or something of that nature..
