I haven’t heard from my salesman since I ordered my vehicle mid July. $1000 deposit and when I asked for some sort of paperwork to document the order, he said he would call me to confirm the order once it went through. Totally my fault for not forcing the issue and stalking him to follow up. I just wanted it ordered, but after digesting everything, it was a complete ramrod. He didn’t know what failcat was, but maybe some sales people don’t…? I’m seeing a vehicle in failcat it doesn’t have nightfall so I’m hoping it’s not mine. Can you see if this is attached to my name (Lindsey L 5XYP5DHC2NG211367)?

I’ve been on the Kia Founders email list since 2019, waiting and saving for this car. I know it will be worth the wait, but I just wish the buying process was better. :/

Glad to see someone from the Founders Club.. This one has a different name attached.. If you ordered in mid July.. then it should be a couple months at minimal till the Telluride comes in..(this is on average.. some have longer wait times)..

Did the sales consultant give any estimate on how long it will take?

So Kdealer is the work portal... "backhouse" if you will.

KFOS in inside of Kdealer as one instrument.

The report you see, is in Kdealer as well and is one of the ways we can view ETA's. The only one who can pull that exact report is location who ordered the Telluride and it is called a Build Schedule.

It shows breakdown of every step and those dates can move just like the dates I provide as the final ETA you see at bottom of the build schedule.

To answer your question the Dealer Arrival date and ETA I provide are always in unison.. just found in two different areas in kdealer.

ok, thank you for the info. I want to be able to discuss this with my dealer based on the eta you provided. The date I was provided by them was anywhere from 8/15-8/31. You provided me with an ETA of 8/15. I'm trying to figure out how they came up with the range and perhaps ask them to check again.

Yes, that makes sense. Would you say the date gets more accurate when 1 week from the eta? I'm currently about 2.
