I see no name attached which is normal if you put a deposit on one already assigned to dealer.. If you did a custom order this isn't the one..

I went to a dealer and placed an order last weekend. Was told i would get a confirmation emaiqql and my credit card would be charged the 500 deposit later that day. I have not received a confirmation and my credit card has not been charged but the dealer says that the order has been placed and is not being delayed. They are just backed up on paperwork. I am skeptical the order has been placed. Is there any way to check the order was actually placed? I relaize it may be a couple of months before the order is accepted but i just want to make sure it is in the system.

Only the dealer can check for you at this stage. Ask for a printout of the Kdealer screen from them with your name on it.
