Hello Steven, can you track VIN number 5XYP64HC4NG238471 for me, please? It just popped up on failcat today and I believe it is mine. Initials should be NR. Thank you for your time!
 
@StephenCantrelle I emailed Kia Georgia and they told me to contact Kia Canada and ask for a Internal VIN number but Kia Canada told me they don't what that number is. I'm I missing something here? I order the telluride back in Sept 16th.

I don't know if Canadian dealers have a different process as US dealers. With us an internal number is generated when order is submitted. Once it is built that internal number will be replaced by a VIN. Best in your situation to ask dealer for updates. I can not update even with VIN if it is Canadian Telluride
