Track my vehicle

I don't know if Canadian dealers have a different process as US dealers. With us an internal number is generated when order is submitted. Once it is built that internal number will be replaced by a VIN. Best in your situation to ask dealer for updates. I can not update even with VIN if it is Canadian Telluride
The only number I have as of now is the Sales Order Number which I can see from the dealerships screenshot in the email taken from this site: kcisapdp.kia.ca

Not familiar with the site. But I suppose that is good info that order has been placed. Will have to check with your dealer you ordered from for updates unless we get a Salesperson that can track in Canada

@StephenCantrelle I was finally given a VIN by my salesman. Didn’t see it come through because they ordered the wrong exterior color, oh well lol. Can you check the vin: 5xyp5dhc6ng233078 it should be under KG. I was given and eta of 11/26. Thanks for your help again!!

New to this forum but have read through some of the threads.
Ordered 2022 Sangria AWD EX on 10/1 (through a dealer I found on this site) at MSRP. I was told by dealer that they could see the MSRP Sticker created in the system. At what point in the process does this happen? Thanks!

Can an order be modified by the dealer if the order has not been picked up by KFOS? If it is modified does it have to go "to the back of the line"?

I am not sure if it varies by dealer but when I called a week later to modify my order and add towing it put me at the back of the line. My dealer said they had to make a new order and delete the old one and they cannot make modifications. It was before it was picked up.

Our dealer said they had to make a new order and cancel the existing order. I'm not sure how much of a delay it actually was because we were still picked up 2 weeks later.
