@StephenCantrelle quick question- once it’s marked “in transit”, does the system keep updating the ETA? Or does it just magically appear at the dealer one day?

Just adding a data point here.

I reserved my Telluride on 11/15. It was not a new order but one they had incoming that matched the specs we wanted.

On 11/15 they said it showed 12/18 delivery.
On 11/23 the dealer said the delivery date was unchanged.
VIN showed up on failcat 12/1.
On 12/3 the dealer said the delivery date was unchanged.
On 12/8 Stephen (in this thread) was seeing a date of 12/24.
Today 12/14 I reached out to dealer for an update and was told it had just arrived today.

So 4 days earlier than the original date and 10 days before what Stephen was seeing last week (which I believe comes from KFOS).

Heading to pick it up now and hoping for no last minute dealer games.

Thanks for the data point. Keep in mind your dealer is in Georgia(5XYP5DHC7NG244381 if this is your VIN) so same day delivery from when it shipped out from factory. What we all use to see latest ETA(All dealers in the nation) is kdealer. So we all see the same dates at any given time.

Congrats on your Telluride arriving early and hope all goes smoothly on the dealer side!

You are correct. My bad. Just looked back through my texts with my salesperson. 11/23 they gave me date of 12/19 instead of 12/18.

Side note. My salesperson wasn't the best communicator, so I'm not sure if she actually checked and saw 12/19 or went off her memory and got it off by one day.
