Just following up/closing out, I picked up my EX yesterday and couldn't be happier. That especially includes every step of the process with Hart Kia (Salem, VA) which couldn't be better. I primarily dealt with Craig Bell but every person that had any piece of the process were fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more. Also paying MSRP didn't hurt either.
