• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2” lift with 265/60/18 tires and wheels. Great addition for ground clearance.

Yes it works great. Trying to upload photos. Having issues with upload.
Nice! Mine is in the mail. I've had 265/65/18's(32's) on mine for a few months.

Looks fantastic, I've been waiting for a lift for six months. Couple of questions? which tire did you go with? Love the wheels, that's what I'm considering. I'm averaging 24ish mpg love to hear your thoughts? did it change the ride comfort much?

The installation took about 2 hours. I just did the install. Going to get an alignment on Tuesday. I’ll follow up then as to ride etc.

The tires are Continental. I purchased them at the Tire Rack.

265/65/18 is a pretty big tire, how much do they rub without a lift?

Not too bad. Another guy on here has the same size and said it's a minor trim of some plastic & a bit of metal that has no reason for being where it is but I've just been lazy and haven't gotten around to it yet.

Being somewhat higher, which changes the effective angle of projection of the sensors... can't help but wonder what effect, if any, this might have on the those sensors (like smart cruise control, front/rear parking, FCW, FCA, etc)...??

For all considering the Truxxx lift. The directions say to leave out the rubber bushings. I did and mine sat 1” low in the rear and made a squeaking noise. I had the bushings put back in today. It now sits level and is quiet. Just a FYI.
