I was supplied VIN# 5XYP5DHCXMG117249 (Leonard) yesterday after only ordering the 2021 Telly on August 23rd. Gerald Aurora Kia also gave me an ETA of 10/11 but was expecting sometime in January 2021 based on initial discussion with the dealer. Can you please track this VIN for me to see if the Kia system data matches my dealer supplied information?

Also, I believe the failcat.com website is not an official Kia website but do you know what it means if my VIN# is not found on the site even though I have been provided a VIN# ?

Seems like we’re seeing a number of VINs now that are not on Failcat. It may have been happening before but there is more awareness now of the site that is bringing attention to it.
