We have the vin and the window sticker is online for it, when we ordered it they said it’s in our name for the order, which I don’t see that on anything, I see all the telluride going to them ours is on the list they are saying the 8-9 or middle of November

@StephenCantrelle maybe you can help me figure this out. I’m trading in my lease. I assume my pay off amount includes the remaining taxes I have not paid. Also, the dealership is charging taxes on my trade equity. Is there any tax break somewhere that they aren’t giving me? I feel like it’s probably close to 2k I’m paying taxes on, for a car I’m trading in but only a guess. Is this correct?

Depends on state rules... In Tx you can not get tax credits on a lease that you are trading in.. technically the trade is in Lenders name and not your personal name thus no tax credits on trade.

In order from them to trade in lease they pay off your full obligation to lender.. any remaining lease payments/taxes.

Good Morning @StephenCantrelle, dealer gave me an eta of 11/5 back in mid august, I have reached out to him on a couple of occasions this month for an update and a VIN request but with no luck. Yesterday I spotted my order on FC with VIN 5XYP54HC9MG128176, the initials on the order will be BG. Any chance I can get some concrete info from you on a updated ETA? Also I ordered the vehicle with the Tow Hitch w/Harness option, (Not the Towing Package with Self-Leveling Rear Suspension) but I don't see it listed under additional equipment. If there is anyway you can confirm if that was included in my order or not I would really appreciate it!

Has your name attached... ETA is showing 11-05.. equipped with just floor mats.. Tow hitch will be easy to install after the fact if factory didn't put on

A VIN popped up for them today that matches but I hesitate even asking you because that would be a VERY quick turnaround. I am guessing it is a little too early but why not...could you please track 5XYP5DHC4MG128439? Last name begins Thur.....
