I need a consensus I’m getting a 2021 Kia telluride sx nightfall AWD out of longisland New York will they approve this vehicle for surf or fishing beach pass? I have a person who said yes but I’m getting people that are telling me they only approve 4WD.. can anyone give me any insight??
