Hi All- I am new to the forum as I can't figure something out. On the 2021 EX/SX with Amber front DRL and Amber turn signal, I am noticing that there is another light section below the main DRL. If you look inside this section, there are what I can see about 2 LED lights within this space...

I have seen in many review videos and even my home security footage, that the DRLS and Taillights "strobe" or flicker. I was wondering, what activates this feature? I have only seen my amber DRLs strobe when unlocking the car with the key fob. Also, the tail lights strobe when in reverse...
