wrong order

Hey all, So I'm in a bit of a quagmire. We ordered our "N"/T/P SX Telly on 12/23. We patiently waited and finally saw a P/T pop up on Failcat on 02/11. I thought to myself, "hmm that looks a lot like the one we ordered." Turns out, they goofed on out order. O asked if they could correct it...
