• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I'm planning on changing the back-up and license plate bulbs to led's first thing. Tint the front windows to 35%, protective film to the front half and ceramic coat it. I'm still up in the air on on the Canadian black side steps....not sure if I want or need them.

Some quality accessories (not sure if they’re found on Amazon/Bezos)

Borla Exhaust
www.borla.com

OEM All-Weather Floor Mats

Leather Key Fob Cover that @BasilFawlty and I both ordered. Super quality direct from South Korea.

WeatherTech TechCare Exterior Wash/Clay/Wax kit
www.weathertech.com

Ideas for stuff for the storage well:

Jump pack (battery backup)
First aid kit
Eye protection
Ear protection
Beanie hats
Scarves
Fireproof gloves
Signal flares
Light sticks
Heat packs
Basic tools
Car care stuff (microfiber glove, glass cleaner, roll of paper towels)
Cold weather survival gear
Bear spray
SureFire DualFuel illumination devices
Straps or bungee cords
Paracord
Multi-tool or Swiss knife
Zip ties
Hats

You planning a trip to Siberia? 😁 Just kidding - always good to have emergency kit onboard - never know when you'll need it.

A successful season of Siberian Telluriding would probably make Kia Motors pretty happy, no? It wouldn’t matter if we survived as long as the Tellurides, dash cam footage and the dogs survive the overland ordeal 🥶

Doesn’t Canada 🇨🇦 and Alaska 🇺🇸 get colder than Siberia?

I’m just prepping for Western South Dakota so I’m pretty happy with the cold weather survival items tucked away in my Telly’s ample storage well.

It currently holds my jump pack, first aid “kit”, home-made elk jerky, a bottle of Old No. 7, lined gloves, fireproof gloves, SureFire DualFuel weapon-lights, snowboard pants, socks ready for Antarctica, and beanies.

Ready to party ❄️☃️🌨🥳

Exactly this! I have an emergency backpack in each vehicle. In the before times when I used to have to drive into work each day (30 miles away), if there was ever a disaster/earthquake, the freeways will be impassible. I’m prepared to have to walk home if necessary!

One thing I like to carry in my vehicles now is a spare wiper blade. A Big snow storm or rain storm is when they seem to break and nothing worse then having to try to pull over and you can’t see out of your front window. I’ve had this happen so now I always have a spare and its small enough to store easy.
