Can my Telluride (2021 S trim) tow this?

Can my Telluride (2021 S trim) tow a 2021 Jayco Jay Feather X19H? Below is the link with the specs.

The question you should be asking is should I tow this camper with my Telluride
I sure wouldn't.

My rule of thumb is to not tow anything over 80% of the vehicles rated towing capacity. So in my Telluride's case I won't tow over 4,000 pounds.

I found a website that posted the actual tow weights. Without trailer brakes the Telluride can tow 1800 lbs. if you have trailer brakes then you should be okay to go higher but stay below 5,000.
