My car is gone.

My husband's truck is in the shop. Until sometime next week. Because I mostly work from home, he's driving my Telluride. AND I DON'T LIKE IT!! When I do need a car, I will be borrowing my sister's car, because my Telluride is gone........it's so sad.

My husband is fully aware that this is MY ride. He isn't allowed to drive it until I fully understand every feature of the vehicle and then only if I let him. Seriously he knows nothing about cars and thinks using conventional oil and 85 octane are just fine. He can smoke the best turkey and make the smoothest Crème Brûlée.

Cross country road trips and I drive the whole time in my minivan. No way I will be letting him drive our first road trip 20 days after getting the Telly. He only gets to drive if I drink. I will make sure we take his Elantra to the bar.

Yes; temporary. But I'm still not happy. What's funny about the whole thing is that when I have to drive his truck he gets fritzed too. In those situations I apparently lose all ability to manage a vehicle properly!!
