Navigation-voice guidance off?

Dumb question, can you tune the voice guidance on the nav off and just hear a beep as a prompt? This was an option on all the Sync systems on the fords we had in the past. If you turn the guidance volume down all the way, would that turn the beep down too? I didn’t see anything about turn by turn without voice guidance in the manual, but I just looked real quick while I was getting gas so I may have missed it.

It’s in an unrelated settings menu. The Voice Recognition settings. Change Guidance option to Expert. Will only prompt with a beep instead of voice guidance.
