Our '23 SXP XLine occasionally loses its radio presets for User 2 and replaces them with presets from User 1. Before anyone asks, no, nobody is playing a joke.
This has happened twice since we got the vehicle in December. After the first time, my wife reprogrammed her presets for User 2 and they stayed for a few weeks until being replaced again by the presets for User 1.
Software bug? Has anyone experienced this or know what can be done to prevent it from happening again?
