• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just curious here .........since the Telly has only been around since the 2020 model year, how can it have such high reliability ratings ? Shouldn't "reliability" consider 5 & 10 years down the road ?

Not sure if you're talking about Consumer Reports, but they specifically call it "Predicted Reliability". It wouldn't be much use to anyone trying to buy a new car if they only rated 10-year old vehicles. "Oh, should've really pulled the trigger on that 2011 Audi A3!" isn't really helpful.

Not exactly sure what their formula is for calculating, but they take into account maturity of the vehicle's components, their performance on other company vehicles, as well as platform/drivetrain configuration and design; plus their own experience with the vehicle, which they buy at the dealer just like anyone else and drive extensively before publishing the review.
