• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... That will lead to 3rd ticket Sunday 😂

I have the pedal Commander to install this week when off work.

Third Ticket Thursday might also work :ROFLMAO:

Speaking of my recent traffic violations:

#1: The friendly officer of the Los Angeles Sheriff Department who stopped me for 70+ in the 55 PCH around 8:00 AM just past the Ventura County Line still hasn't turned in the February 1st citation, or it's still waiting to be processed because of all the extended lockdowns. That was my first time testing a commute in full Eco Mode. I'll never do that again. Sorry tree-huggers! Sport Mode on the PCH for life! :)

It had been two decades since my last citation, and that was a weird Federal Court thing where I did an incomplete stop at a stop sign a.k.a. a "California Roll" near the Presidio baseball diamond when driving to join my work colleagues for an after-work co-ed softball "league" back in 2001.

#2: The Solano County ticket from mid-February was the exact same day as my 7,500 mile service (basically an oil-change and check-up of critical systems) at Hilltop Ford/Kia in Richmond. In fact, it was mere minutes after the happy moment when I got my Telly back from Service with no issues detected.

I was cruising back to Fairfield to grab lunch after the oil change and really just "break-in" the new oil while bumping old school tunes from my Junior High School years on the excellent 10-speaker Harman/Kardon sound system. This happened right after leaving the I-80 eastbound to get on to the 12 to drive to an early lunch at Dave's Giant Hamburgers near my old high school which no longer has a mascot. Nabbed going 80+ in a 65. I'm not 100% sure, but I was either in Smart Mode kicked into Sport Mode or possibly dialed into dedicated Sport Mode.

2nd ticket in a month, in a Kia Telluride. (y)

Not looking for a third.

I need to listen to more Sounds of Nature and less Def Leppard meets Paula Abdul meets L.L. Cool J.
