• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi everyone,
I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question, but I had read that depending on the vehicle, crossbars can lower your gas mileage. I can't imagine it is a whole lot, but I had read an article where it was saying you should remove them, unless you are actually using them at the time, because over time, you could save a lot of gas. I never would have thought it would even matter, but I guess so.
So, I am hoping that if there is anyone that has them, and has been paying attention to their MPG's they could tell me how much it matters on a Telluride.
I think I want them, but would only use them for trips and I really wouldn't want to have to take them on and off, so if it is a big deal, I would probably just pass.
Thank you in advance for your help.
