Its something I do for all forum members... unfortunately in this situation is not the update I like to give.. done it like 5-6 times this year.. but always want to touch base with individuals directly to go over a couple things

Client did full contract on order so was marked Sold internally the day he did paperwork.. (week ago) happens every now and then but kinda rare.. but it a possibility(one of the reasons needed to talk)
