    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. UVO Activation - Features Locked

I took delivery on my 2022 Telluride yesterday and I set up my UVO account with my salesperson. However, none of the features work... they are all locked. When I click on any of them I get a message saying that the feature is not available with my subscription. I have asked around and I was told to try logging in with my phone number... for some reason, my phone number isn't recognized. What am I missing?
 
When you activate UVO link inside the car from the infotainment screen, it usually will ask for your phone number. I believe you receive a text message once activated in your car to set up a UVO account online.

This is why you would use your phone number as your username when logging into the Kia Access app or Kia owners portal online to use remote start functions.

If you proceeded with singing up for a new account using your email address separately from the text message you received, it would explain why it isn’t associated with your car or free trial period for the Ultimate subscription package.

If you are not able to get the free trial period logging in either with your phone or email you can reach out to the UVO customer service and they can probably help.
