You're completely right! I've been getting customers from all over the country, people flying from Phoenix, LA, NY. Even in Texas you'll find the 5-10k markup but we're a family owned dealership and the approach from management is completely different, they're fully aware that car dealers live out of repeating customers and not of one time deals, because lets face it, if a dealership charges you 10k over sticker you're not buying again from them, most people won't even take their cars to service to those kind of places.
