• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Can anyone verify that our dashes are made of vinyl? We’ve had our car for a short time and I’d to start cleaning the interior but what to make sure I’m using the right product. Also, Kia lists the steering wheel on an LX as leather. Is that true? It seems quite thin to be leather.

Dash is soft touch injection molded plastic I think. Pretty much any vinyl, rubber, plastic protectant/cleaner should work. I’ve used 303 Aerospace Protectant, and it worked fine.

Yes, I believe steering wheels on all trims are leather wrapped. With exception of Nappa leather on the SX.
