dealer will get vin usually 24-48 hours before is shows on failcat depending if its the weekend or not.. With the vin I can check on latest status for you..

I contacted the dealer today. My original salesperson no longer works there so that why I hadn’t be getting any updates. The manager called me and told my 3/11 now, however it’s on “fast track” something about it’ll be pushed ahead of others if possible. 🤔

No name is attached.. ETA is 02-14... if you put a deposit on an incoming Telluride that may be why no name is attached

Hi Stephen
I was suppose to get delivery on Thursday Jan 28 but I got a call from my dealer that there was mistake at their end that my telluride is still in transit and ETA is Feb5.It was shocking to hear when all the paper was signed on Friday Jan 21 and dealer was sleeping rather that checking and confirming VIN no in stock.

Is there any way to track the delivery through VIN and also to know the interior and exterior color through VIN.

I am surprised that dealer had 3 day after signing the paper work to deliver the car and also he has to put winter tires,he was sleeping all these days and woke up all of a sudden when person is on the way to get his delivery.
