Hey Stephen,
Just got power back on from the ice storms here in TN (4 days, ugh). Obviously, I checked Failcat first thing even before reading about Kia's network being down. Lo and behold, there was an order from my dealer for the specific trim we had ordered. The dealer says he can't check for us but I wonder if you can. The VIN is from Failcat and should have the initials SW.
