I emailed my dealer today and he said he can't check anything because Kia's system is down. Kind of strange since Failcat is still drawing new information. I’m good. Power and water back.. on boil notice till Tuesday. Just nervous right now as 3 neighbors in last few hours have water lines breaking. I think city just increased pressure since we are above freezing.. have all lines dripping and hoping to not have a break

Yup in similar boat. House water lines look ok so far. Pool water lines a different story. Pump filter cracked. Havent tested the pool line, too afraid.

I can certainly empathize. Here in TN, we lost power for 3 days due to the ice and snow. Fortunately, we live close to good friends who have a wood stove. Heat is good but nobody had showers until the power came back on. Imagine the four of us with 6 dogs in one great room. I now understand where the old saying comes from that guests stink after 3 days.

Hope your water lines stand up. Nothing worse than water leaks inside your house.

Wow! I am in Flower Mound and surprised t I hear their water lines burst on Saturday?? It was pretty warm so I thought the coast was clear. Now, I am scared again.

@Batman3365 i am in the same boat with pool equipment! Frozen pool. Yikes!

Ya, I’ve read they can (up to) 4 weeks before delivery add it to there system which is why we see so many stock photos of inventory with the please call line. The dealership where I ordered from had a sxl nightsky on the lot to see up close but turned out it was already sold and the customer left it there for a month to drum up business( I imagine they were compensated)

Expecting an order from a dealer near you, but recently saw bad reports of them selling underneath buyers (w/order&deposit) to buyers paying over MSRP.
