You'll find plenty of opinions here, lots of agreement, disagreement, debate, and discussion and pretty much any topic Telluride. If you don't want to go down a rabbit hole yet, leave the Great Floor Mat Debate of 2020/2021 until you've settled on Trim level, AWD vs FWD, exterior color and interior color first.

Dune Brown Napa Leather w/ Dark gray Premium Cloth Microfiber Headliner on the interior. See the pictures for yourself and if it's not for you, then that's okay too.
Got a call from dealer today who told me the Nappa leather (I ordered Dune Brown) is having supply chain issues and my 2021 SXP will now be delayed again. This is my 3rd delay since my February order - First June, then July, then August - Now October. I am a bit of a skeptic on the delay...

As you can tell I went with Dark Moss with the Dune Brown and it looks amazing, but Dune Brown also looks great with other exterior colors:

Glacial White Pearl w/ Dune Brown
Ebony Black w/ Dune Brown
Pretty much all the exterior colors that allow for the exclusive Dune Brown option look amazing with it.
Personally, I'd skip the Nightfall Edition because the aluminum and gray break-up the exterior color and look amazing, the way the designer Tom Kearns intended.
If you're going to do NFE and you like the saturated/monochromatic look, why not go Ebony Black exterior with NFE for a completely blacked-out look?
