At what point in the process is a VIN available? I ordered mine in January 2021, dealer told me today it could be mid-May before it arrives. I asked him about the VIN and he didn’t have an answer.

I ordered November 25 2020 and was told to expect by mid-April no VIN so far

Hi Stephen. Would you mind checking the status of 5XYP5DHC8MG173416? Can you also see if it is connected to initials MM?
I’ve never gotten any updates on my Telluride and dont know for sure if this is mine. Been about 22 weeks. This one is the exact specs listed under my dealer on failcate.

Also, is there anything on the window sticker (online) that would help indicate who ordered the car...meaning an ordering customer identifier? Or do you actually see the whole name in your system but just help us figure it out by just giving initials?
I have a very strange situation going on so this info would help. Thx!

Sounds like car might be on the lot already bc it’s advertised on the website. Says it’s a customer order too (not mine supposedly...ironic same initials)? Why would it be advertised on the website? Any way of me being able to identify the customer on the actual car?

Can you track 5XYP2DHC2MG173257. I just put a down payment on it and the dealer says it is "in transit" to them. They do not want to give me an ETA because they say that they have given ETAs in the past and customers were pissed when the cars arrived late.

It is true the ETA can move so make sure to call ahead before going... ETA is currently showing 04-12 as of today
