• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I'm dropping off my 2021-S at the dealer tonight for service. Warning lights are on. Forward collision, lane departure, master warning. It basically says I'm going to hit stuff in all directions! So far I'm not impressed with the service department (not the dealer we bought the vehicle from). Three week wait to get an appointment, they screwed up the appointment and I had to make several calls to get us all on the same page. I have no idea what to expect. I sure hope they don't need to keep it until the Suez Canal opens up and parts arrive!

Verdict: Front camera above the rear view mirror needs to be replaced. I'm picking up the vehicle and the dealer is ordering a new camera. Then I'll need another appointment to have it swapped out. Hope that takes care of it. It's hard to imagine that a new car with 3,000 miles on it already has something that doesn't work. I know, I know; stuff happens. But I'm still amazed.

My service invoice says "DTC C16049; ECU Software Error." Is there anywhere to look up the error codes?

Well at least there is a resolution for this issue. Hope this fixes your issues when they get the part replaced. Good luck!
