• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What have you done / plan to do to your Telly?

I will not be sitting at the Kia dealership the rest of my life.

Lincoln Navigator never saw the inside of the service department also. The pilot also.

Way to many transmission problems and Kia is not fixing them. Waiting for that 100,000 mile warranty to end. Kia has the worst repairs because they just keep saying - no parts - no speak English
Might be time to move on from this forum and find you a Pilot forum to join.

Taking a softball hit on the grill will cause permanent damage on your transmission !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I can't park out back at moms house anymore. Fly balls from the baseball field caused the ding in the roof of my current car. Uggghh.

I have a 2021 SX and so far, I have:

  • Changed the reverse lights to LED
  • Had a custom dash cover made/ installed
  • Installed those "Stop Drop" inserts between the front seats and the center console (prevents stuff from dropping down between the seat and console)
  • Installed OEM mud flaps (looks nice but they are essentially useless)
  • Added a 360 Dash Cam (hard wired it)
  • Bought a nice hand-made leather Fob cover from an outfit in Korea (via Etsy)
  • Bought a colllapsible carge basket rom Amazon (every bit as nice as the one that says "Telluride" but for half the price).
  • Added a four-hole license plate mount on the rear
  • Added a cup-holder mounted iPhone holder - similar to Weather Tech, but much less $

Things I still plan to do:

  • Ceramic Coating
  • Tint front windows to be closer to the rear windows
  • Install all-weather cargo mat (I REALLY want the one they sell at the dealers in Canada with the 60/40 split for the third row)
I'm having the same issue. I cannot find a suitable all weather cargo mat for the rear. I have searched high heavens looking at the pitiful options. Only thing that meets my standards is the one offered in Canada. I hear you can buy it online, just have to pay a fortune for shipping. I might break down and do this. Otherwise, I will still be using my old trusted cheap tarp that actually works really really well. My wife hates it because it is cheap looking but the darn thing is highly functional and works better than anything else out there. I just hauled a bunch of lillies I dug up to my father-in-law. I was able to fold up the edges so nothing spilled out or over the edges. Then when I was done, I pulled it out, shook it, and just folded it back up. Tell me something that would work better than this?

Dang why did I look at this thread. You guys are giving me more ideas.
Still a month from getting mine but already found a company to do a ceramic coating, PPF on the front bumper, and replacing factory tint with ceramic limo tint on all windows except the windshield. Just ordered Klexus badges to replace stocks and now I think I will be painting the exhaust tips. I never realized they are chrome even with NFE- why???? I wanted to wrap the roof but the wife doesn't like the look so not going to happen.

How many miles have you added since you painted those? Do you think the paint will be able to handle the heat & elements?
Just about 3k. Holding up fine to heat, not the elements/dirt/dust, look dingy- just needs more clearcoat to keep a better gloss.

Nice, how long did it take you on the mesh? Link for the material? New badging, factory?
Mesh took maybe an hour because i wasnt careful with firts couple cuts (width). Frost King plastic gutter guard mesh (amazon) and black zip ties. If you decide to do let me know and I'll give you some pointers. Can't do now bevause meeting daughter for dinner.

I plan to make a rear cargo shelf and fit it in the slots made for the cargo cover. Not sure if any one has already done it before...
I did for my Subaru outback and it's is extremely useful

Shhhhh. Don’t mention Subaru Outback with @DarkMossJustin around. 😂

that’ll be neat to see what you come up with. What are your plans for use of it?

Another small utility tip. There are couple of small spaces under the 3rd row seat when propped upright. I use them to store some items like unopened water bottles and baby carrier etc. Telluride does not have many storage pockets. I try to use every thing intended and unintended. Remember to remove items when u fold close the 3rd row seats

After two weeks of waiting for parts on special order, my Kia OEM hitch, 7-pin harness, and tow hitch cover are set to arrive at my place on Tuesday...

So that's my next project
