Hello Stephen, would you be able to be a solid and track my car???? VIN: 5XYP6DHC2MG166278 Dealer said it was going to be here 4/2 and never arrived, they said 4/8 and it never arrived. Now they are claiming that they don't have an ETA anymore. Thanks so much in advance!!

Looks like failcat has had it in their system since February and I bought the car from the dealer 3/28. They said it would be there 4/2 and didn’t arrive. They said it would be there 4/8 and didn’t arrive. Now they’re telling me they have no ETA for it. Any update would be much appreciated!!! Could have initials AP or JK attached. Thanks!!

Showing in dealer stock on my side... would drive to the dealer to see if maybe on the lot..

Sometimes we have cars show in the system that they arrived but they are still In Transit to dealer but these are very few... my concern is your original comment you made on another thread that dealer said it could take months to show up.

Also I see no name attached which is normal if you put a deposit on one that was already assigned to dealer.. If this is a custom order than that is a red flag that your name isnt attached

Interesting. It’s been a headache and a half with my dealer. They sold me the car stating it was ebony but upon further review it is black copper from a VIN pull. That’s the VIN they put on my paperwork and I didn’t put a deposit, it just bought the car unseen because they said it would be there the following Friday. Now it’s been 2 weeks and they claim to have no ETA on the car anymore. They say it’s a delay from the factory. But the VIN was posted on failcat back in feb. so I’m not sure what to believe from them anymore.

Stephen I have been dealing with dealership on vehicle for 10 -12 days we have a deal in place with deposit given, they said it was due on Monday the 5th but still no Telluride any magic you could do 5XYP5DHC9MG172131 and see any ETA to Dealer. Thanks in advance

Going through this a couple of times, I can give you this advice - Do not head to the dealer until you hear from them that it is ready to go (unless you are a few minutes away). There are any number of things that can happen. Sometimes the reporting that @StephenCantrelle gets is that it shows in dealer stock when it hasn't arrived yet. I once drove 3 hours to pick up a different vehicle that had just arrived. A sensor failed during the dealer check while I was doing the paperwork. They had to deliver me the car 4 days later on their dime. Sometimes there is damage that happens on the delivery truck. There is no greater disappointment driving to get a new vehicle and it isn't ready to go.

Showing in dealer stock.. will need to check with dealer... sometimes it shows in dealer stock but shows a few days later... few and far between but it happens
