All warning lights stuck on.

Hi folks,
I’m out of town on vacation and I nearly ran out of gas on the road when the station I was headed to turned out to be under repair.
I arrived at station #2 just in time but just before that, multiple warning lights went on including forward collision warning, lane sensor off and 2-4 others. I’ve turned it off and back on several time and the warning lights are still on. Any ideas for a remedy? Thanks!

Disconnect battery for a few mins and reconnect.

mid that doesn’t work, dealer visit is in order. Could be a control module is disconnected or broken, blown fuse, or something else.

I took it to the dealer last week and they say it is the front camera, which they had to order and will replace this week. Hopefully that works.
jhkjhk1, did yours also malfunction after nearly running out of gas?

Can I ask was the steering also really stiff?
