• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Is there a way to turn OFF the screen display, but still keep the time display ?

Yes.

14.10 or before: setup > display > screen saver, then choose digital or analog clock. Then turn off the screen and it’ll be blank except for that readout you chose.

15.0: setup > screen theme/layout > screen saver, again choose digital or analog clock.

Thanx, I'll try that.
What's the 14.10 & 15.0 ?
Map update/software versions. This is assuming you have the 10.25” infotainment display.

The only way you would have 15.0 is if you performed an update yourself in the last two weeks (it released April 12). Otherwise, you have 14.10 (purple/neon appearance) or earlier (classic-looking appearance).

I’m just seeing now that it looks like you have an LX, so my direction may not be of any help to you. The 8” infotainment is totally different.
