Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... From my understanding, the VIN is created at the beginning of the build. And shows up in failcat within 24-48 hours (typically). My VIN populated in failcat and with my dealership on the same day - May 6th. My Telly was delivered to my dealership on May 13th. Dealership is 11 hours straight North of the plant. I was shocked at how fast she showed up.
Really love this ride!
