Aww, I really hope so!!pretty sure it’s there. Slow the video down or even try and pause it. You can see the “TELLURIDE” faintly through the reflection/shadows of the paint.

I'm happy take your place in line ;-)Don’t like the new logo. Sorry.
but its the same exact car but with a tiny logo changed.Bias aside, I honestly don't like the way the 2022 looks. Makes me love my 2021 SXP nightfalleven more.
Most of the grumblers have the 20 or 21. Now that the 22 has a notable difference, they have to project dislike onto it so they can sleep at night knowing that they are (as they so often say when there's a warranty issue with their cars) "pAyInG fIfTy ThOuSaNd DoLlArS" on a car that is no longer the newest design.edit: I understand this is a place to bitch about things and discuss the changes, so I don't mean to stomp on people who sincerely don't like it. I just think its a minimal change, and easily switched out and problem solved.
I agree, but giving it some time I will chalk it up to wanting to feel good about something you bought and not having buyers remorse. Most of the grumblers have the 20 or 21. Nobody is holding a gun to your head, telling you to buy a 22 "or else". Plenty of Palisade, Exploders, Atlases, etc. to choose from. It's kind of a jerk move to troll on forums telling everyone their cars are ugly. I've got plenty opinions already - don't need everyone else's, too.
I think it’s more so a lot of us will be waiting or have been waiting for some time for what we already know to be an amazingly beautiful SUV- the wait sucks and the way that I personally have dealt with it, was accepting that I would be getting the newer model with hopes that it would not change or that maybe I was going to be pleasantly surprised with the new model changes, making the even longer wait worth it.I agree, but giving it some time I will chalk it up to wanting to feel good about something you bought and not having buyers remorse.
there’s really not much to change on this car as I think they hit a home run out of the gate.
asthetics are always a personal choice, so if they don’t like it what can we do I guess!!
Hardly. I'd say it's more likely that some people who waited for the '22s are convincing themselves that it's better because they no longer have a choice. It's literally just a logo change, which you'll get to pay more for. You call that a "notable difference"? When we ordered ours earlier this year, my wife wondered if we should wait for the '22s...we decided not to, and I'm glad we didn't, because from our perspective there is literally no upside (there have been no changes to the SX aside from the logo) and only downside (a logo I don't like as much, which I would "fix" and de-chrome on Nightfall, plus an as-yet-unknown price increase). So we got our car sooner, for less money, with a design/logo that I prefer, and literally gave up nothing by not waiting for a '22.Most of the grumblers have the 20 or 21. I agree with you. The frustration is a very real thing.I think it’s more so a lot of us will be waiting or have been waiting for some time for what we already know to be an amazingly beautiful SUV- the wait sucks and the way that I personally have dealt with it, was accepting that I would be getting the newer model with hopes that it would not change or that maybe I was going to be pleasantly surprised with the new model changes, making the even longer wait worth it.
After seeing, yes something as little as badge changes that truly change the aesthetics of the car, it’s just disappointing- I don’t think that requires judgement just because people liked the SUV how it was before and aren’t happy with the slight changes. it also sucks that the SXP trims won’t see any changes other than what I personally (judge away) think are ugly new badges.
At the end of the day, I’ll still get the car because the function hasn’t changed, but I will literally be changing it right back to what it was in the 21’ model which is slightly annoying to have to do on a brand new car when you liked it how it was when you initially placed the order![]()
Respect your elders. Nobody is saying they don't like the vehicle, the dislike is strictly pertaining to the ugly ass logo and its color. Most of the grumblers have the 20 or 21. Looks like Black Copper. I wonder whether paint selections change at all for ‘22.Here's a video of the 2022 (forgive me if it's shown up before)
The new logo is large in front and back.
Twitter video of 2022 drive-off (brief)
I don't think directly transplanting the old logos is going to be an option. If you look closely at the video, it appears the grill and the tailgate have been physically altered to remove the oval that was formerly incorporated into their design to accommodate the old logo.I agree with you. The frustration is a very real thing.
I’d bet the dealer might be able to instal the old ones for you. You can probably order them. Make it part of your delivery deal maybe.
Not at all. That's why I still don't care that my 2021 order is becoming a 2022. The people griping about the minimal differences are the ones noting them. It's literally just a logo change, which you'll get to pay more for. You call that a "notable difference"?

You guys are acting like this is an entirely new car and not worth getting all of a sudden and I can't help to laugh at you all.
"oh no my ugly chrome is gone" "WHAT A 3 INCH LOGO IS DIFF, I CANT GET THIS"
Two options IMO:
1)spend 5 bucks and 10 minutes and put the old logo back on it, or paint it, or remove it.
2) Buy something else

Ordered from Cheri too! Only a month ago though
Telluride is the best suv not a Lamborghini!I know. I am just lukewarm when it comes to chromium and the new Kia logo. The 2022 is going to be the same amazing vehicle that the 2021 and 2020 are. My uncle recently bought a brand new GLS, and the Telluride can hold its own with it and looks much better than the GLS in my opinion.
