Thanks Stephen. Are there any other ways to look up the car, or other numbers the salesman can use to look it up? Somehow, he's not finding the VIN despite it being listed on failcat.

He might not have been shown how to use this side of kdealer but a new car manager most certainly can see any Telluride assigned and coming into dealer with or without VIN
