Stephen asked me to check with you. I was given this vin 5XYP5DHC7NG194615 from my dealer for the telluride that was ordered for me. also it appears my name is on this one. I was not able to find this in failcat. Maybe they have other vin's coming in that are really mine. I have looked at failcat and my car is not showing. Are there some vins missing from failcat? Could you possibly tell me what other vins are coming to my dealer since 4/28/21 to see if they have put my name on the wrong car? dealer is NC009 bob king winston salem nc. I have ordered SX prestige glacial white pearl with gray nappa interior. They gave me the above vin with a 6/24 estimated delivery. initially was told 2 to 3 months.

I texted them this afternoon and have not heard back. I should be able to see my car in failcat I would assume but as shown with my vin above, all vins are not in failcat so makes me wonder what other ones are missing they may be mine. I'm hoping it's as simple as a wrong name assignment. Especially since my order was placed close to model year changerover time.

The website isn't 100% picture perfect but since you know your VIN, you could always just click on a link in failcat and then replace the VIN at the end with yours. This is the link to the VIN you have.

Go to kia.com first, then open the link. And you can go to failcat and sort by the dealer code for whatever has been scraped in. Beyond that I do not have access to more information.

@StephenCantrelle I have a question i got a call from a sales manager yesterday that my ETA is around 7/4 but I don’t see anything matching my vehicle on failcat out of IN001. Is it possible to know when it could arrive without a vin# ? Or do I need to wait a bit longer for it to show up ?

Which dealer is yours (Location)? Your vin is very close to mine, 198937 with dealer’s eta of 7/25. Now that stephen gave you 7/1 eta that means mine should come closer than initially 7/25. The transit time to my dealer in CO may add a few days though. Knowing the exact or close enough date of eta should help getting flight tickets at much lower price when you book earlier.
