2022 Pictures?

Has anyone taken the rear logo off of their 2022? Really interested to see how it looks.

And if anyone with a 2022 and a ruler could measure the rear KIA emblem I’d really appreciate it!

The 2022 is Glacial White Pearl, but the 2020 Snow White Pearl. I had to find the sticker for the 2020 SX because I wondered the same thing about the paint.

So for those who find the new rear badge to be overwhelming, I just ordered a smaller badge from Korea. Only $20 so I figured I’d give alit a try. It’s the front emblem from the Forte and I think it’s dimensions will look better.
The Telluride rear badge measures around 7.5x2” and the Forte front badge measures 6.25x1.5”. I’m going to paint it with some black chrome paint and swap. Won’t be for at least a month or so tho.

It looks like I paid for a nightfall edition and your looks almost the same. You have black wheels and so do I. Is the window trim black or chrome, I can’t tell. Only thing that looks different is the grill surround and lettering being chrome Instead of black. I really think yours should have had a grill that has some brushed metal accent to it so as to tone down the Kia emblem a bit. I get the whole rebranding thing but dang I don’t like the emblem being front and center. It’s like a huge zit is sitting there and it needs to be popped. Are you going to b,ack that emblem out or leave it as is? Nice ride though.

Hey sorry I missed this earlier, but I plan on keeping it as is for now. Following what other are planning on doing, but I completely agree with you. They should have left some brushed metal on the front grill... Ohh well. The window trim is still chrome.

If it's aluminum, have you thought about getting it anodized? That or Cerakote will last a long time. Paint or Plastidip isn't as durable.

Nothing to do with this thread but I've noticed where people not when they've ordered and trim, etc. KFOS . What does that stand for?

Do you know the measurement on the k5 one? Also, if anyone with old logo can measure the width and height, that would be awesome! I’m thinking of doing the same thing.

I believe it’s the same one. So 6.25x1.5”. It’s quite a bit smaller than the one on the Telluride.

Does anyone know how to remove the silver insert from the front on the nightfall? Might have to do something with that as well.

Agreed. This would have looked 1000x better and still allowed them to transition to the new font.
