I'm going on vacation on the 8th and the dealer was allocated 2 of the exact same vehicle at the same ish time. same model, colors, packages, etc. and they said that they would give me the one that came in sooner since it would be cutting it close to when I would be leaving.

Thank you! I am getting nervous as we just sold our 2020 SXP to get this one. Is there a reason why it’s not on failcat? Should I be concerned since it’s due to be at the dealer in 3 days and nothing comes up on failcat? Just want to be sure there is not a delay! Thank you!!

Sometimes failcat misses a Vin here or there.. .wouldn't worry if our internal system shows its on the way

How often does the ETA get updated when it is in transit? Does it change often? Or when it's only a few days away is it usually fairly spot on?

@StephenCantrelle - thank you for your help! If I called the dealership, would they be able to cancel the Rear Entertainment System this late in the order? I've seen pictures, and it looks like the screen mounts would not be removable, and I'd really prefer not to have them.
