Yes completely normal. A tech is required to drive the car 5 miles or so to make sure everything works. They have a tablet which they have to follow step by step. Also keep in mind salesperson has to get gas. A lot of dealers don’t have pumps on lot. And every now and then random Tellurides during inspection stage at factory get driven around a track. So 20 miles is definitely within reason

I've been trying to find a screenshot I saw you posted I believe. It showed a VIN number at the top and underneath it had all the phases of the ordering, build, and shipping process. Can you point me to that post? I can't seem to find it.
