• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... is getting uneasy. She says it's ridiculous. Thumbs up, stares, gazes......she says it's getting to the point where she feels like she needs to put on make up before she goes out in the new Telluride SX Everlasting Silver.

Any Advice?

She swears she even saw a woman in a new explorer yelling at her husband who was driving .....something like "why didn't we get that instead of this ugly thing with chrome wheels!!"

.......she was like angry and stuff.......

The Telly is too good-looking to ignore and will catch a lot of looks, glances and outright stares, and the more-than-occasional stares of pure envy.

Maybe you should have picked an ugly vehicle?

May I recommend the Subaru Outback? :ROFLMAO:

My wife gets the same reaction with my black Nightfall SX. Take it as a compliment to your wife and the vehicle

...having the bestest color of the KT lineup doesn't help either :giggle:

Tell her to sit in the back and pull up the shades. Or else trade it for a Pallisade.

Oh boy.....you gonna start a fight now. Although I agree with you, the fact is that this vehicle is so gorgeous and spectacular, all the colors are striking. But we do like the way the Silver actually changes in the Sunlight from a darker shade to a bluish tint. It's amazing.......

This is so accurate....I have a question is it customary to wave at another Tellurude as they drive by?
I flash my lights at them, some flash back

I won’t initiate the wave but I will wave back. I’m seeing a lot more in the Knoxville area.

Haha I always wave.

Seemingly 1 out of 3 or 1 out of 4 wave back.

It's so satisfying when a Telluride pulls up beside you at a stop light or when you're passing slowly and you get the windows-down short conversation :)

I do stop and talk to Telluride owners at the store if I come across them in the parking lot. Did that the other day, told the man with his wife and kids there, how beautiful his Telluride was and that we ordered one. He was beaming with pride.

This just happened....my wife and I were out eating on lake Okoboji...an older couple showed up in their Telluride before we left. As we we're pulling out I could see him stand up from his seat and stare us down. I think maybe thought someone was stealing his Telluride 😆.
