Hi there. Is there a way to track a vehicle expected delivery date with only the dealer request number and no VIN? This is my second order as the first one was ordered incorrectly. They initially said 3-4 months and the first one came in less than 2! I am selling my primary vehicle and don't want to be without a car for too long. I have somebody interested in buying it now but dealer has not gotten back to me with any updates on new car ETA. I know it is a long shot but thought I would ask. Also, I tried to order a fully loaded Telluride but dealer said they could only add 6 items (PIOs) to the build and additional items would have to be added on site from parts department. Is that standard?

Have to have Vin for me to look up.. Yes when building we can only add 6 PIO's to order

To many variables to give answer to that..

main question you need to know is how many orders are infront of you with same Trim/Drivetrain(FWD or AWD).. and how many does the dealer average each month in that Trim/Drivetrain.. that will get you idea of turnaround time

Hi Steve. Dealership told me yesterday that it's been delayed again to the 23rd. This would be the 5th week it is delayed and I'm going to guess not the last.

Dealership keeps asking me how I grt my updates because they claim when they call they can never get any additional info (like not even confirmation that it is made). They also said they've gotten a couple other delivered and this is only the 2nd time they've ever had one delayed like this. Liars??
