Hopefully a gloss black aftermarket logo will be available soon

I bought a can of hyperdip and want to try it. Only issue it is can’t be hot and humid. With all the humidity we have been having it might be another month to get a cool crisp day.

I'm tempted to just remove the back and replace with another aftermarket badge like this:
Kia 3.0 KLexus Front or Rear Badges and Emblems (Black Carbon w/Black)

Regarding the front, I think your approach is the only one doable since they're embedded it into the grill. We have to just black it out.

Although larger and more obnoxious, we have to keep this in perspective, Have you seen the Dodge RAM! lol

Did you see this post? Might be another option...though there is still a small chrome outline so it doesn't black it out completely.

I was going to try hyperdip but have always been impressed with plasti-dip. Not supposed to do either in high temps but I’m in Arkansas and it was in the 90’s when I did it and it set fine

Looks good. Unsure if I want to do the front as it looks good silver on the lighter colors, but would definitely black out the front for darker exterior colors. Blacking out the back badge is a must for all night fall versions through.
