KFOS information

Not sure if this the correct place for a KFOS question.
How can I find out if my vehicle order has been picked up in KFOS, My vehicle was ordered on July 19, 2021. Is my dealer the only one who has this information or can I access this information?

I'm wondering the same thing. I ordered from my dealer on 7/17 and was told to expect 6-10 weeks before I hear anything. Then once they have a VIN the dealer says they will keep me updated.

Of course every dealer is different. I have heard nightmares of waiting 6+ months...that would be so painful, ha-ha.

Your dealer will know when its picked up then should advise you of a ETA after its picked up by KFOS.

So, by hear anything, I am guessing an ETA, or are you hoping the car would have arrived by that time? It would be nice to know when your order gets picked up by KFOS. If you ordered on the 17th you would have missed July's entry. Did you ask how far back you are on the list? You could check with your dealer and ask if it was picked up in KFOS this month and if so, they should have an ETA for you. If not, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that 4-6 month wait probably isn't that unrealistic. You could get lucky and they may find one that is available close to what you are looking for. It certainly never hurts to ask, even though it seems like so many people hate to bother their sales reps.

Mine was picked up in KFOS in July and my ETA is the end of Oct, early November.

Did you get any info on your car? Hopefully, it at least got picked up in KFOS this month.

I called the dealer and he said I’m now 8th in line, he’s guessing an ETA of November. I’ll keep hopin.

. What dealer? Hopefully, a higher volume dealer, so that it gets picked up this month.

I ordered from Arapahoe Kia in Centennial, Colorado at MSRP.

I’m guessing KFOS will probably open either sometime next week or the week after that? I have been told I am currently 10th in line with Ed Voyles Chamblee who fqilcat has with 417 total cars (I don’t know if that’s a measure of their lot or how many they get a year). Does anyone have any feel for how much of a line a fairly high volume dealership moves through a month?

Thanks I wasn’t sure what it was saying. So an average around 23 a month at least half of which I imagine they are selling off their lot rather than orders? If that’s accurate I would say I would be around 50/50 to get picked up in September.
