Squeaking Brakes, anyone else?

I everyone, my reply brakes squeak usually in the morning, I guess when they are damp. Loud enough to hear with the windows up. Dealer is supposed to replace brake pads next week. Had anyone else expirienced this?

Are they the original pads? How many miles on them?

My car has only 6k miles and they do squeak after washing the car. But it’s only for a few minutes after they warm up the squeaking goes away.

If your pads aren’t already completely worn down, bedding could be a potential solution.

My previous Audi used to have ceramic brake pads, and those things squealed annoyingly loud anytime I come to a stop light or moved a few feet during rush hour traffic. I definitely do not miss that now that I have the Telly.

Thanks for the reply guys, but I only have 6000 miles on it and it’s done it since the start. Disappointed for sure. Dealer are going to try replacing the front pads next week.
