Huffines Kia McKinney. Martin Houston. Great dude. No pressure. Recommended picking one accessory, otherwise he said he had seen them come with other unwanted extras. Not sure about that but I didn’t want to chance it. He did not pressure me at all either way. I got the mud flaps, which were cheap and look great. No other extra charges. No deposit at the time.

Either call your dealership to ask or you can post in the Track my Vehicle thread and ask someone to verify if it has your initials on the VIN.

I've read that @StephenCantrelle can no longer see what name is attached to VIN, only the current status of the vehicle.

Help anyone! Just found out from my dealer that they ordered the wrong trim level (8 /30/21) -- it has taken me over 3 weeks to get an answer about the order and confirm the mistake. Now they say they must order a new vehicle for me and I go to back of line.
I've been reading here and been told that an order which hasn't started production can be changed.
Anyoen have insight or tips. Thanks!

Why would you go to the back of the line? It was their mistake and they are in charge of the line and you waited your turn. You should be at the front of the line for their next order as if they had never yet ordered it yet -- because they haven't.

I actually ordered 6/8, so I think I'm probably 1 spot ahead of you. BUT....Lucas called me this morning because the order ahead of me was just picked up, and he offered it to me because that person backed out of the order. It was super tempting, but I passed because it was butterscotch interior, which isn't my style. Good news is I'm up next, and then it's you. Let's just hope it's not another 3 months before the next FWD is taken...

My order was just picked up by KFOS. Early August order.

Dealer says estimated arrival is first week of January.

2022 Everlasting silver with Dune Brown interior SX prestige with tow.

To add: ordered from KIA Turner in Harrisburg, PA. The only dealer in my area not above MSRP.

Ordered an EX AWD with tow package from Parsons Kia (VA027) last month. I was told by salesman that my order was in the ordering system and they would let me know when it is picked up by Kia. I asked if I had a place in line and how many orders were ahead of me. Dealer said there was no place in line and they had over 80 vehicles on order. He said that orders are picked up by Kia randomly and they normally see about 2-4 month turnaround. Does all this make sense?

I saw a couple of posts to this forum about folks being happy with Parsons, thats a big+. Anyone had any bad experiences?

I thought kia pick ups orders only during kfos window . Is that not true? If not what is the significance of kfos. Is it just the time when the kdealer is all aggregated and submitted to kia.
Most of the Comments I have seen here with an eta from dealer has come at the time of kfos window so I always thought it's just one week per month where get etas.

Ordered Aug 11th, picked up in KFOS in Sept and was initially told 12/22 delivery, but that just got bumped up to 11/3, and then got a call yesterday that car has been delivered. Picking it up this Saturday Oct 30th. Glad it's here and Kings has been great!!

I don't get these ETAs! Presumably, your new order was picked up this week in KFOS? and you got an eta of Nov. 30th? I got picked up in September and got 11/27. Now Dec. 15. I wonder if different dealers are put to the top of the production line...

I don't either. I ordered July 5and it got picked up Sept 16 with an eta of Jan 1 none of it makes sense

This is where we ordered ours from. Everlasting Silver Dune Brown SX Prestige with tow and a few other things. Pretty much maxed out. So basically 3 months for you. I’ll be there tomorrow to test drive yours. JK. Enjoy it.
